Shuffle Technologies provides a warranty for its products against any defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, unless a different duration is specifically stated for a particular product. Under this warranty, Shuffle Technologies' liability is limited to, at its discretion, either a refund or replacement of any product deemed defective and returned within the one-year warranty period. 

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shuffle Technologies disclaims and excludes any and all other warranties, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. Additionally, Shuffle Technologies will not be responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. Not adhering to the installation instructions provided may void this warranty. To file a warranty claim, the customer must retain the original receipt and contact Shuffle Technologies Customer Service at 810 653-9626. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred. 

If state law upholds implied warranties, including those regarding merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, such warranties are confined to one year from the original purchase date and as outlined above. It is important to note that some states may not permit limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. 

This written warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state.

All returns must be preceded by factory authorization. 

A minimum 15% restocking charge will apply to all standard Shuffle Technologies products. All materials returned to Shuffle Technologies should be in original cartons and be in resalable condition. This amount is subject to change depending on the condition of items returned to Shuffle Technologies. 

Shuffle Technologies Custom Parts are Non-Returnable. 

Freight must be prepaid on all return shipments. 

Returns will not be allowed after 120 days from the invoice date. 

You can take advantage of a 1% discount if payment is made within 10 days of the invoice date, with the net amount due in 30 days unless otherwise specified. If there is a shortage, please notify Shuffle Technologies within 15 days of receiving your delivery. 

Shipping costs will be prepaid and covered for net orders totaling $750.00 or more, unless stated otherwise. For all other orders, shipping will be prepaid and the costs billed accordingly. Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted to the freight carrier. 

Shuffle Technologies’ products are available for purchase by any legitimate wholesaler, pipe manufacturer, or distributor who has obtained approved credit.
